Runnergize.com is a unique running program for youth conceived and organized by Social Workers. The program has been created for the purpose of providing a healthy outlet for children of all athletic levels, while also teaching them the basics of running. The children will receive a simple and non aggressive training schedule that will enable them to advance from potentially no running experience, up to about 3 or 5 miles of continuous running. In the process they will learn the basics of training and safe running and how to challenge their physical limits. They will also have the opportunity to enjoy themselves while running together as a group in an effort to reach a challenging goal.
